Every activity we do is linked to the neuroscience so that staff understand how it works and feel more inclined to try activities out at home as they can see that they will have a lasting impact!

We offer the following training packages:

Ten tools for resilience and wellbeing

This introductory day will provide you with tools, techniques and top tips to take away and start using straightaway in your setting.

You will learn how to:

  • Help children become more self-aware
  • Calm themselves independently
  • Build new healthy pathways in the brain to promote resilience and wellbeing.

'Mind Time' Programme

Learn how to run emotional wellbeing sessions for the children in your setting. This course will provide you with a six week programme taking you through every step required to set up and run effective sessions which will incorporate mindfulness practices; increase focus; develop a sense of calm and enhance wellbeing.

Bespoke Workshops

From twilight training workshops to whole school training days, we devise a package to suit your needs drawing from positive psychology literature and our unique tried and tested approach.

Staff Wellbeing

Our unique workshops give the opportunity to:

  • Relax the mind and body
  • Find ways to manage stress
  • Learn some mindfulness and positive psychology practices to take away.
  • With take away activities for home and school, these workshops offer a long term investment into staff mental and emotional wellbeing.
