An invoice for the agreed sessions will be issued as the work commences.
In the event of OPEN MINDS being unable to deliver a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, then the session will be re-scheduled or a full refund be offered if this is not possible.
In the event of the school/setting needing to cancel an OPEN MINDS booking due to unforeseen circumstances our terms and conditions are as follows:
- If notification is received two weeks prior to the agreed sessions taking place, the school/setting will be offered rescheduled sessions.
- If the sessions are cancelled within two weeks of the agreed scheduled dates, then unfortunately the sessions will be forfeited and the full amount will be charged.
Training Events
In the event of the school/setting/participant needing to cancel attendance on a training course due to unforeseen circumstances our terms and conditions are as follows:
- If notification is received two weeks prior to the event taking place the school/setting/participant will be offered a refund of 50% of the cost of the course.
- If the place is cancelled within two weeks of the event taking place, then unfortunately the session will be forfeited.
It is acceptable for another member of staff to take the place of a member of staff who cannot attend due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
