Is your child struggling with anxiety, anger, ADHD, Autism, OCD or any other emotional or social difficulty?
The good news is that it doesn’t have to be like this.

What’s going on in the brain?

The brain is constantly wiring in thought patterns, some healthy, some unhealthy.
Given time and practice, the brain can be encouraged to wire in healthier thought patterns which can leave your child feeling much happier, more relaxed and confident and more able to manage life’s ups and downs.

How we can help

We offer a personalised coaching service for families which helps to support your child’s needs in the best way possible and provide practical, easy to use strategies for the whole family.

We teach children how to:

  • Become more aware of what’s going on inside them
  • Notice their thoughts and feelings
  • Choose different responses to the tricky stuff
  • Feel good about who they are

which all helps to build self esteem!

Our sessions include:

  • Breathing practices to help children self-regulate
  • Mindfulness practices for children using fun, sensory resources
  • Teaching about what happens in the brain when they feel different emotions
  • Ways to improve responses in ‘trigger’ situations
  • Personalised tools to manage their own tricky times
  • Affirmation cards to help build positive connections and a healthy brain
Mindfulness

Sessions are for families or individuals and are run from our base in Bradninch.

We give you lots of ideas to take away and do at home which are all fun and easy to do and build new habits. You can come for as few or as many as you need.
We have lots of positive feedback about the differences parents and children see!
