This practical introductory day will provide you with the tools, techniques and top tips
to take away and start using straightaway.
Our unique, evidence-based approach combining mindfulness, positive psychology, neuroscience
and enhanced PSHE has supported over 1300 children, young people, teachers and parents
in Devon since 2014.
