Is your child struggling with their emotions?
Are they highly anxious?
It doesn’t have to be like this!

Why is my child struggling?

It’s all about the brain. The more we worry, the bigger worries become!
Given time and practice, the brain can be encouraged to wire in healthier thought patterns which
can leave your child feeling much happier, more relaxed and confident and more able to manage
life’s ups and downs.

How we can help

Using mindfulness, breath work and visualisation we can help children become:

  • More self aware
  • More self regulated
  • Have more self belief

This approach really makes difference if children repeat the activities frequently.
It’s practice that wires in the new healthy pathways in the brain. No practice, no change!
And these strategies can be used by the whole family.
Even better!

mindfulness

Our sessions include:

  • Breathing practices to help children self-regulate
  • Mindfulness practices for children using fun, sensory resources
  • Teaching about what happens in the brain when they feel different emotions
  • Ways to improve responses in ‘trigger’ situations
  • Personalised tools to manage their own tricky times
  • Affirmation cards to help build positive connections and a healthy brain
