Course aims:
Our 3-week course will explore:
• Being able to focus on the positives and get the most out of family life.
• How to set up and do mindfulness practices.
• How to stay calm when children have a meltdown.
• The things that emotionally trigger us and our children.
• The neuroscience behind dysregulation and anxiety.
• Practical strategies to manage tricky times.

The 90-minute sessions will run in the afternoons and afternoons (1.30pm-3pm)

About us:
We are teachers who are highly skilled in emotional literacy and experienced in supporting children
and families in schools and homes. Our sessions incorporate elements of mindfulness, positive
psychology and basic neuroscience.
Our three-week course costs just £75 (£25 a session) and can be booked directly through our
website. This includes a useful document pack and sensory equipment for you to take away with
you. Each session takes place in schools and lasts 90 mins (9.30-11am or 1.30-3pm) and includes
time for parents to chat and enjoy tea, coffee and biscuits. We need a minimum of 8 parents for a
course to be able to run.
